Robert Lighthizer and Jared Kushner will travel to Mexico Tuesday to sign off on changes in the trade deal. And in a signal that final amendments could be in hand, Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland also is reportedly traveling to Mexico.
