Hair Cuttery ordered to pay $4.2 million in back wages and benefits after parent company misses payroll amid coronavirus shutdown

Hair Cuttery has been ordered to pay more than $1 million in back wages to employees who weren’t cut final paychecks just before salons were closed because of the coronavirus outbreak.
