Hair care giant Monat has signed an agreement with the Florida attorney general’s office vowing not to misrepresent endorsements, benefits, certifications and ingredients of its products. But the company still faces a multistate class action suit by customers who say they developed hair loss, skin lesions, itching, and broken hair while using its products.
