Just in time for Halloween, Central Florida theaters — and revelers — are getting a treat. The Penguin Point costume shop, long an essential resource for theaters, schools, church groups and others, has expanded into a new space, increased its services and this weekend revives its annual pre-holiday $1 costume sale.
