Mid-Florida Cancer Centers, an independent oncology practice in Central Florida, which has been pursing a lawsuit against AdventHealth for five years with allegations of anti-competitive practices, scored a partial win earlier this month when a judge ruled that AdventHealth’s exclusive agreement with Florida Cancer Specialists violated the state’s antitrust law.
