Epcot Food & Wine: What would it cost to eat everything in 2023?
All marketplaces are up and running for the 2023 edition of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, so it’s time to break out the calculators for an annual tallying. This exercise answers the burning Walt Disney World question “What would it cost me if I ordered one of everything?”
It isn’t an inflation gauge or a double-dog-dare-you sort of thing. It’s more of a trivia question.
For the total cost, the published prices of all the menu items in the official festival passport plus a couple of late additions are considered as well as a key subtraction. Although we are ordering one of everything, we’re not taking all variations. For instance, at the Tangierine Cafe, the grilled kebabs come with chicken or lamb, but the price of $6.25 is included only once.
Flights of beer or wine are not included in the total, but the individual orders are. There is enough alcohol in this situation already. When there were size options, we went small.
Although you can get bottled water at every stop, we allowed just one in the total, and we went high-falutin with Evian from the France pavilion this year. For this calculation, all four Joffrey’s festival beverages were nonalcoholic at $6.49 apiece (for the record, the “spirited versions” are $14.99.)
