The Trump administration has so far refused to disclose a list of the companies that have received PPP loans so far. That makes it all but impossible to evaluate how successful the program has been in tossing a coronavirus lifeline to the nation’s smallest businesses. But it appears to be providing a lot of help to the nation’s largest restaurant franchises.
