DeLand allows open alcohol containers downtown, seeking to bring back ‘vibrancy’ during pandemic
DeLand has approved allowing people to drink alcohol on downtown sidewalks from 5 to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, but the beverages must be sold in specifically marked and sealed containers.
