Restaurant workers laid off at Orlando’s airport protested Wednesday, calling for the airport authority to require concessionaires to rehire former workers and establish mandatory health protections as a condition of rent waivers the restaurants and other businesses are receiving from the authority. The airport is very gradually coming back to life.
