Hulman & Co. is selling the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IndyCar, North America’s top open-wheel racing league, to Penske Entertainment. The purchase price for the historic 2.5-mile racetrack, home of the Indianapolis 500 and NASCAR’s Brickyard 400, and one of the world’s most famous sporting venues, was not released between the two private companies.
