GM's Detroit-Hamtramck plant expected to build electric Escalade, Sierra, LMC says
The factory, with the help of a $3 billion GM investment, will build four EVs by 2023, according to LMC Automotive. The plant, which had been scheduled to close in January, will remain open under the automaker’s new UAW contract.
