Orange County will delay by a week its launch of two coronavirus-relief assistance programs, one for struggling small businesses, the other to help households. Online application portals were to open Monday June 1, but now won’t open until Monday June 8. “We want to get it right,” Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said, explaining the delay.
