OUC urged not to disconnect utility customers under pandemic’s financial stress
An alliance of 52 local groups and organizations is urging Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and OUC to extend the utility’s COVID-19 moratorium on disconnections of power to customers who are behind in payments.
