Seminole sees slow uptick in visitors
Seminole has seen a gradual uptick in its tax revenue from hotel room nights and short-term rental stays as fears of the pandemic begin to ease and more people start traveling, county tourism officials said recently.Still, the county’s tourist development tax collections this fiscal year continue to lag far behind month-after-month from the previous record-setting fiscal year, before the COVID-19 began to quickly spread throughout the country.
