“It’s helped me not look for another job, because now it’s very hard to find another job that is willing to pay you this much,” the 19-year-old said. “I do feel like I’m getting paid for the work that I put into this place, and they treat me very well for an employee. I’ve never had a job treat me with this much respect.”
