GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation, the parent company of Florida Blue, announced Tuesday the acquisition of Triple-S Management Corporation, the leading health care company in Puerto Rico, a move they say serves the ongoing flow of Puerto Ricans between Florida and the island.
