Norwegian Cruise Line to remove mask requirement, shift pre-cruise testing cost to passengers
Norwegian Cruise Line has loosened some of its COVID-19 safety protocols that will allow passengers to sail without required use of masks starting March 1, while also shifting required pre-cruise testing to passengers.
