Victory Automotive to pay $9 million to settle U.S. Paycheck Protection Program false claims case

Victory Automotive will pay $9 million, including more than $1.6 million to a whistleblower former employee, to resolve an allegation it misrepresented itself as a small business when applying for a $6.3 million Paycheck Protection Program loan, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
