A Findlay Automotive Group employee has sued CDK Global, the latest dealership employee or former employee to seek relief in federal court for alleged injury from a data breach at the dealership management system provider. Plaintiff Dustin Leeberg of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, also described himself as a Findlay customer in his lawsuit against the software company.
