Rosen managed to get his “Rosen’s Perfect Pizzas” onto the lunch menu at 53 Orange County schools. The pizza line, which is made of healthy ingredients and already served at Rosen’s hotel delis, is a passion of Rosen’s that plays into his health nut persona.
