A HVAC-B contractor license limited to 25 tons of cooling and 500,000 Btu of heating in any one system. They install, maintain, repair, fabricate, alter, extend, or design, central air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilating systems.

- There’s always a need for HVAC workers cause heating/cooling systems generally need to be replaced every 1 to 15 years. Also, these systems need to be maintained, as well, throughout the years.
