GM tells Canadian government it plans to shut Oshawa plant, newspaper says
General Motors is expected to announce on Monday its plan to close its Oshawa Assembly Plant in Ontario, according to The Globe and Mail. Unifor confirmed GM has not allotted product to the plant beyond December 2019.
