Workers in Sterling Heights, Mich., and Kokomo, Ind., are the first U.S. auto plant workers known to have died after contracting the virus. Another worker at FCA’s Warren truck plant also has died, a UAW spokesman said. It was unclear whether the worker tested positive for COVID-19, but “we do know he was being treated for it,” the spokesman said.
