Three South Florida men charged with posing as stock brokers, defrauding seniors out of millions
They are accused of selling about $1.4 million of unregistered stock in NIT Technologies, a now-defunct Palm Beach Gardens company, and pocketing nearly $500,000 in undisclosed commissions.
