Brother-sister team Michael and Shirah Benarde of West Palm Beach will appear on “Shark Tank” on Friday night to pitch their invention, NightCap, a hair scrunchie that can be placed over an alcoholic drink to prevent spiking. The cap fits over the cup like a little sock and can also be worn as a wrist band or ponytail holder.
