Ford’s India exit opens dealers to legal action from customers, report says
Dealers will likely face “legal complications” given that Indian consumer law makes them liable after a manufacturer exits, Vinkesh Gulati, president of the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations, told Bloomberg.
