DeSantis calls special session to ban COVID-19 vaccine mandates for government workers, but not private ones
Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday said he would call a special session of the Legislature in November to pass laws banning local governments and agencies from mandating COVID-19 vaccines, but he stopped short of calling for an outright ban on vaccine requirements by private employers.
