BorgWarner invests in silicon carbide provider Wolfspeed, gets access to $650 million in devices annually
BorgWarner enters into a partnership with Wolfspeed that will allow it to purchase up to $650 million of silicon carbide devices, in exchange for a $500 million investment into the N.C.-based company.
