GM plans headquarters move from RenCen to new skyscraper in downtown Detroit
The deal makes GM a long-term fixture in the revival of Detroit’s downtown, which billionaire Dan Gilbert has been spearheading by acquiring and developing 45 major office, retail and hospitality properties.
