Mark LaNeve, 61, is leaving to pursue the “next chapter of his professional life” after a nearly six-year tenure during which he forged a close relationship with Ford’s dealers. Frick will oversee sales, customer care and dealer relations for the Ford brand in both Canada and the U.S., effective immediately.
