Central Florida is still heading for a “tidal wave” of homelessness in the coming months as federal unemployment subsidies end, utility companies shut off power to delinquent accounts and landlords are eventually cleared to order out tenants with overdue rent, the head of the region’s United Way warned Wednesday.
