Toyota, Honda, Mazda top winners of IIHS' toughened safety awards
The number of vehicles getting the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s top awards dropped considerably as the group ratcheted up the criteria. And IIHS says the requirements will only get tougher in 2024.
