GM raises salaried workers' pay, benefits in wake of UAW tentative agreement
Salaried employees’ base pay will increase an average of 3.5 percent in March 2024, according to an employee memo. GM also will raise its company match into employees’ 401(k) accounts and enhance some medical and vision benefits.
