A data breach may have occurred with payroll information for more than 2,000 current and former OUC employees. A private company, PaperlessPay Corp. of Jacksonville has provided for the past eight years an online platform where OUC personnel can access pay stubs and W2 forms. OUC was informed in late February that a “data attack” on PaperlessPay’s website may have compromised OUC payroll information, including Social Security numbers, but not banking information.
