SpaceX launched its seventh batch of Starlink satellites on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. from Kennedy Space Center. The mission builds on SpaceX’s plan of getting about 1,500 Starlinks in space by the end of the year. After Wednesday, that number will be at 420.
Across Florida, nearly 25% of all unemployment applications filed between March 15 and April 21 were done by workers who said they were employed in the hotel and restaurant industry. Add to that workers in the retail and recreation fields, and tourism-related jobs account for about 38% of job losses so far.
A Universal official says the company is looking into whether it could screen all visitors and whether they should recommend masks for guests.
