San Francisco raises concerns about Tesla 'self-driving' system as public test nears
Tilly Chang, executive director of the The San Francisco County Transportation Authority, said in a statement to Reuters that a human driver should “continuously monitor” Tesla’s so-called Full Self-Driving system.
