Florida’s altered social-media law is still flawed | Commentary

A special-session amendment, meant to punish Disney by allowing it to be sued over content published on its streaming services, can’t have its desired impact because the law it is amending is unconstitutional, the president of the Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce writes in a guest column.
