Florida homeowners hoping to apply for up to $10,000 in state 2-to-1 matching funds for hurricane-hardening home improvements will likely have to wait until this year’s hurricane season is over. The good news is that two big-ticket improvements coveted by owners of older homes will be eligible for funding.
