FTC refunds over $9.8 million to consumers in Napleton Automotive discrimination case
The Federal Trade Commission is distributing 66,355 checks, averaging $147 each, to car buyers whom the agency says were affected by unlawful practices at Napleton Automotive Group dealerships.
