Four states join U.S. suit against JetBlue buyout of Spirit
JetBlue Airways’ bid to take over Miramar-based Spirit Airlines has drawn more opposition as California, Maryland, New Jersey and North Carolina joined a U.S. Justice Department lawsuit to stop the transaction.
