The CFPB on Wednesday sued U.S. Auto Sales’ USASF Servicing, alleging the buy-here, pay-here loan servicer double billed collateral protection insurance, failed to refund unneeded GAP payments and incorrectly repoed or triggered kill switches on borrowers’ cars.
